Terms of Use

MyPromoPlay is a product operated by DMediaGroup SRL, based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Customers may create promotional campaigns using templates and the visual builder. Customers agree to: - comply with applicable laws (advertising, sweepstakes/promotions, consumer protection, privacy), - use only content they have rights to (logos, images, copy), - not upload malicious code/content, unsafe links, or anything that compromises platform security.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing: - MyPromoPlay is not the sponsor of the promotion. - Customers define rules, eligibility, mechanics, prizes, inventory, and fulfillment/redemption. - MyPromoPlay provides the technology “as is” to run the experience and reporting. Additional clause (data and consent): The Customer is responsible for (i) defining the participant data fields collected (including government/national ID, name, email, and phone), (ii) presenting and recording participant consent where required by law, (iii) providing purposes and retention periods, and (iv) complying with applicable privacy, sweepstakes/promotions, and consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions where the campaign runs.

MyPromoPlay retains rights to the platform, software, and base templates. Customers retain rights to their Content. By uploading Content, Customers grant MyPromoPlay a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Services.

We may update or modify features for improvements or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted, MyPromoPlay is not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue/data. If liability is found, it is limited to fees paid in the prior months (or the minimum allowed by law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Disputes shall be brought before competent courts in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, unless an alternative mechanism is agreed in writing.
